This guy was waiting for the ferry while I was waiting for the ferry. He stood there like it was super smart of him to carry his laptop around like this and I kept thinking why not just carry it under your arm? Or what about a bag? Still can’t decide who of us was right. Certainly the wheels make it easy to roll it around. But what about the theft factor. Clearly he is signaling: “Hello here is my laptop, please steel it.” But then if he would just carry it under his arm it would be maybe even easier to steal without the wheel contraption and everything. Or maybe he wants it stolen so he can claim a new one from his boss and then walking around behind Central Station like this is probably a good idea. But it doesn’t look like this guy enjoys walking then he would have had different shoes. So why not one of those foldable bikes? Why walk and drag your laptop behind you? A foldable bike would be the perfect gadget for a guy like this. It folds up it has wheels and I bet you can get one with a little rack where you can tie a laptop to.
